Here’s some artwork I did back at the end of 2021, I remember I watched a show on Netflix called Running Man, and one of my favorite characters from that show is Charming Gold, without spoiling anything he unfortunately has a tragic backstory that drove him to madness and he is one of the few characters that deserves a redemption arc, and in this picture he finally becomes free from his tragic pain and becomes a whole new person when he sees the light for the very first time. I imagine the song The Man I Used to Be from The Count of Monte Christo playing as he discovers himself in a new “light”. I was kinda disappointed he didn’t get much screen time in season 2 and if season 3 ever gets made, I really hope they focus on him and potentially give him a redemption arc he deserves.
