the hind leg is too long and looks like the flap of skin is trying to keep the whole thing together

it also looks like the leg is trying to escape from its abdomen
now if you looked at that picture right, you should have drawn the curve of the front part of the leg as so [link]
furthermore, the angle at which you drew the dogs leg bending would leave no room for bone structure at all
if your picture were anatomically real, the dogs thigh bones would be muito shorter than the calf bones.
