I finished my art trade with Kilara. Her part can be seen here [link]The character depicted is Ty Mencen, a friendly demon. Ty is holding her special weapon. My vision of this weapon is something that she can control physically and mentally. (The weapon is a part of her, and she can control it with her mind too. I tried to show this through her non-dynamic pose. The weapon moves thanks to her willpower at this moment, look at her green eyes and the green inside the weapon, Ty and the weapon are one.)

Occupation: Mass-assassin-o-asses!
WOC: her 3 phase weapon
Other: Generally a crazy out of control child, that really seems to have no allegiance with anyone. She really just seems to go where the wind takes her. This usually gets her and people close to her in a LOT of trouble.
She used to be an assassin, and thus is quite skilled in the arts of killing people.
Several people have tried to be her lover, and most have had their heat broken, because not many can control the wind....
This took many hours in photoshop CS...

I think ym fav part of the pic, is the hints of the butterflies in the corners of the border. It is soo genious and graphically pleasing!

Lovely work and the action with the bead chain is done well giving off a fluid motion. The purple and green works well together providing and nice balance as well as an eye popping look. The linework is clean and the texture really adds some extra "umph" to the picture. I adore the glowy look of the bright green on the border surronding the image and teeny weeny butterflies. Oh how i wish my coloring and linework could be as pleasing as this. lovely work.

This is great. I've been wanting to color in my drawings, but I haven't decided what venue to use. What did you use to color this. By hand or Computer? I noticed you were talking about layers, were you refering to PhotoShop or someother Program?

This was colored in photoshop CS. I got photoshop for free (academic use) from our college. I also used some self-made and self scanned textures on this picture to make it look less boring.
