Drawn during my vacation in the Dutch province Drenthe back in February: Misaki Ayuzawa from Kaichou wa Maid-sama!.
I've seen the anime twice already, but can't get enough of the pretty ladies in it. (Which means that more characters of the anime will be drawn soon, but I don't know when)
My favs are Misaki (what a surprise! ), Erika and Honoka. For the 3 of them: blackleatheredookami.deviantar…

Right, there was a CD cover of the openings song of the anime where you can see Misaki holding an old school record player in her hands. I've been wanting to draw that one for quite a long time, and restyled the record player completely as at the reference: gallery.minitokyo.net/view/492… I have a record player myself, and also have a small collection of LP records, singles and EP singles to play on it. So,,, the record player Misaki is holding is actually the one I have at home. (I can take a pic of it with one of my figures or even with my cars if you like)

Another thing is: I'm grown up with 50's Rock'n Roll music, Elvis Presley, Queen and some 60's Jazz music. I'm personally into Classic Rock/Metal from the 60's till the early 90's, but I do like 50's Rock'n Roll as well.

The text next to her comes from an old school Rock'n Roll song what's written by Chuck Berry in the 50's, but the one I'm gonna put in the link is covered by The Beatles in the 60's www.youtube.com/watch?v=18mxYp… (The Beachboys has covered it as well, but the rythm of The Beatles is better IMO)

Totally spend: 5 hours in 5 days, was quite hard, but I truly adore the end result!
