I had this stock image for a while in my pc but i felt like i had to do something special with it...and today i just started it thinking aah the hell with it! i'll think of something on the way!! and i did
as a side note...i think i made the water thread thingy a bit to airbrushy and bright but to late now >_>
ooh well...for a 30min job i . am. sa. tis. fied
tis done starting 11.20 once more xD

I was gonna say something a little different before I saw that you only took 30 mins. Really good for the time, and the sparkly water makes it stand out in a good way. It's basically a creative take on a real life image, and I'm all for that!
