Shinji Hirako’s Bankai, Sakashima Yokoshima Happō Fusagari (逆様邪八宝塞, Wicked Inverted Blockade from All Directions) reverses the flow of cognition, movement, speech and also reverses the recognition of "enemies" and "allies; it only goes into effect if there are multiple people around, it's useless in one-on-one battles. It’s weakness is he must remain on the flower at all times. If he were to leave the flower or be forced off of it, the Bankai releases and the effects are undone. Luckily knocking him off isn't so easy because if an attack does manage to get through, the flower petals close up and protect him.
