The neighbor overheard Dusty’s parents verbally and physically abusing her and took Dusty to Larkstone the day after she realized the dragonet was having mental problems. Dusty was bullied and teased by dragonets and called stupid and a mistake by her parents. She was often starved, so she is rather skinny.
