My headcanon for this picture is Sasuke is carrying Hinata away from camp hours before anyone wakes up. He needs to go somewhere and wants to take her along. He's worried that she's going to hate him for taking her on his trip without her consent, but he would rather have her hate him and be nearby then to be completely alone. (No, he isn't going to touch her beyond carrying her away).
Other scenario is there is a battle between two groups and Sasuke doesn't care for either of the sides. He just saw that Hinata fainted from exhaustion and only wants to get her out of the way of the current assault. He's also sad that she is fighting so hard to protect Naruto and he doesn't love her the way he can see in her face every time he is close. He just wants her to be happy. He doesn't care with whom.
