Tend to be very poor at finding him - still looking in Laetu Baor, but there he is, cozily lounging with the steel faerie.
Perhaps my eyes chanced on him before and forgot out of of surprise: Coincidentally he is hidden quite similarly to how I couldn't help sneak him into the butterfox.
