This BOY!!! Gah, It's been a while. I can't believe I designed this character as a custom back when I was BleedingSapphire, he blends in so well with Fang's other characters I almost forgot I designed him and not Fang X3 He's in good hands! I was glad to work with him again~I only outlined his wings because the border looked like crap on the fire bits X3

Yea he does blend in quite well doesn’t he, gosh we have been friends for so long now lol
I have some great plans for Cipher,since he has blue flames I can’t have him being a rouge demon. So he shall be a familiar of Fangs of which Fang has lent his blue flames to him in trust that he will not miss use the power.

rouges are limited on the powers they are allowed to have?
I'm glad he's of use to Fang X3 I have to say though, blue flames would look good with Fang's current coloration!

i remember having a few conversations where we talked about your situation but I am glade your doing better with all that stuff now.

No I just ment it would not make sense for a Fang to just lend his power to a rouge
he is a very strategic and tricky fellow so he keeps a tight web of creatures,which means he keeps those who he “trusts” very close.
When Fang gets angry the tip of his tail lights with a light blue fire and the tips of his horns light on fire,If he’s on a rampage his whole tail, horns,and wings will light with a blue flame a blue flame will also surround him.
I made it to where Fang is the ONLY creature that can possess a light blue flame(unless he lends some of his power to someone in this case Cipher) and or has any off spring which is highly unlikely....
