I love how the tilt shift draws the eye right to the sign... most tilt-shift photos I've seen end up making the subject look like a toy or a miniature... This is spectacular, especially being in B&W.

I've been taking a bunch of shots lately using that effect.
Funny thing is, I've been using a lensbaby with my DSLR for 3 years and it's only this year I became aware that people used tilt-shift lenses to achieve the "miniature" effect.
