My list is:
1. Death Knoob using Path of Frost in dungeons like Maurodon during the drop (that prick killed everyone except my bf!)
2. Pets set on Aggressive & Growl on during a run
3. Fail Tank trying to show off by Aggro'ing entire room & party wipes
4. Needing on then get the gear & magically "dc'd"
5. No one knws how to down the boss bc the Tank dc'd
6. Getting killed by a lowbie player (non twink!)
7. hear "Damn I forgot my gear @ my bank"
8. Warlock trying to DPS (& no one noticed!) with Felguard summoned
9. Miss the landing @ the beginning of Eye of the Storm
10. Someone dies trying to type
11. Caster (Warlock) rolling on Plate & honestly believes they can wear it
12. Can't figure out why the opposite faction keeps killing them during PVP
13. You could honestly write a novel about the fails encountered daily (I could!!!)

4. Someone getting removed from group because they wore less that Plate. (Again, I was subject to this, on my mage in H HoL at Loken!
5. Mage getting yelled at for using Invisibility when whole party dies.

OMG, every damn box! I probably play too much WoW...
Here's a few I ran into and some that just pissed me off...
1. Tank not letting healer heal other party members
2. Priests forget to buff and Mages forget tables (I actually have a mage, and almost ALWAYS try to bring it out.
3. Someone getting kicked for something out of their control, IE a TERRIBLE computer. (Happened a couple of times to me and my sister)

I have ticked off every box, though "the healer spams untill oom every pull" has been my fault from boredome once or twice

I think about 3/4 of the groups I've ever been in have had at least 1 tauren with a novelty name... some times multiple ones in a group

I almost filled out the box! XD But I do have BINGO going from the "Pure DPS doing triple digits" box going diagonally down to "Trampy Female Name".

rofl I've encountered everything but the melee hunter/caster wand. Do I get a prize? Wait...does melee hunter count for low level dungeons? ...I get that on my lowbies.

Some additions (all of which have happened to me):
-A healer with a name claiming the opposite (i.e. "notahealer" "nohealforu" "Healsforgold").
-A DK with the name "Death" "Darth" or "SonofArthas".
-A Frost DPS DK who refuses to drop out of Frost Pres.
-A DK who insists on popping Army of the Noob on Bosses who already have an iffy Aggro table (such as Prophet Tharonja in DTK)
-People who Need roll an item "for their Offspec", without checking to see if someone in the group needs it for Main spec FIRST. Someone does, and gets outrolled.
-Someone runs ToC and forgets to change out their weap for the joust weap.
-ToC: They don't kill the priest first.
-Ocu: They pull Eregos with at -least- 2 people dismounted off drake.
-A boomkin who uses Typhoon on mobs, that he initially pulled aggro on (because he didn't wait for the tank), knocking the said mob into -another- mob. Or just making the tank run around like a lunatic.
-The priest/pally healer who bubbles the Warrior tank.(It's called Rage. They need it. Those hits to the face = rage. Know what happens when they don't get hit? You pull aggro.)
-Hunter who insists that they have "every right to melee like other classes", because they can DW.
-Warlocks who run a dungeon with their Succubus/Blueberry out, or insist that people help them summon a Doomguard (Felhunter or Imp, or gtfo).
