I really like this piece, it has a good mood and sense of movement. I like the sky a lot, but feel the left hand side flows better, maybe this is due to its smaller size, but the right hand side could do with breaking up a little bit. To the make the character pop a little bit more I think it would benefit from a darker outline, probably a bit sketchy to suit the looser composition of the rest of the picture. Another way to increase the contrast would be to add another highlight to the glowing areas to make the a little bit brighter.
