My Naruto OC. Her birthday's on the 25th April, so I guessed I should get done with her redesign before that ^^ Sory for the wall of text!

Age: 14
Personality: Haruko is a young kunoichi who is usually kind and laid-back, although she can have her hyper moments. She can be quite fierce sometimes, especially with her team mate Koji. She also has shown a strong distaste for weakness or being overly dependent on other people. Despite this, she is not above showing a softer side when it comes to her team mates. Haruko also has a naturally inquisitive nature and doesn't like to be kept out of the loop.
She’s got some outstanding nerve, always being the first offering for most tasks. That’s because she likes being in charge and bossing around., whenever anything goes wrong, she's quick to blame herself, even if she didn't have anything to do with it. She may act as though everything is going fine with her in situations of danger, in order to help her team mates.

Likes: Being in charge, chocolate, being the center of attention), a good fight, training with her close friends and team mates, Neji (xD)
Dislikes: Fake modesty, traitors, whiners, being wrong, being ordered about, being underestimated, her malfunction in her chakra pathway system.

Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, or Genjutsu?: Mainly taijutsu (70%), at times ninjutsu (30%). Rarely, if ever, uses genjutsu (0%).

Weapons/Techniques of choice: Like most members of the Izumi clan, she mostly uses wire and shuriken in fighting, at times employing senbon and kunai along with her wire techniques. Her ninjutsu are mostly earth style.

Haruko was born with a great malfunction in her keirakukei (chakra pathway system). She can retain enormous quantities of it, but has little control of how much of it is used to perform jutsu. Because of it, she naturally prefers taijutsu over other types, to avoid being completely drained by her own powers. After her hard training, she learned how to divide it and use small portions in jutsu. Her ‘handicap’ allows her to drain her enemies from their chakra like a sponge absorbing water, but too much chakra in her body will make her sick and make her lose control over her body and mind. For this ability, she needed a lot of practice.

She can release all her stored chakra at once, causing a pure blast of energy. This drains her terribly, though, and puts her in risk of death – she can stay unconscious for days after one blast. At first, she couldn’t control these – they happened spontaneously whenever her chakra levels were higher than normal – but over time she also learned to restrain it.

Bio: As a child, Haruko was cold and introvert, repelling the attempts of other children to befriend her. Over time, she became a softer and more extrovert version of herself, but still being mature beyond her years. She never had much need to study, passing the Academy tests with top grades easily, and after she was placed in a team with her best friend Akane she started being almost as social as her older sister Aiko.

During her early years at the Academy, Haruko was shunned because of her malfunction and her incapacity of performing ninjutsu and genjutsu. That caused her to meet Rock Lee, and identifying herself with his problems, they began training their taijutsu together occasionaly. Their friendship lasted even after the teams were formed, and because of him Haruko began training with the other boys in Konoha instead of just with her own team. She’s much more at ease with them than her team mate Akane because of that, and she earned their respect that way.
