Alrighty. It might just be the scan itself of the drawing or something, but have you ever tried pulling it up in photoshop and trying Auto Contrast or Auto Levels. Because by the looks of it the original drawing would propbably be darker?

Anyways. I like the shading of the wings. Though it looks so evenly shaded, I can't identify clearly where the light source is coming onto the drawing. I would also reccomend a blending tool, tissue paper, to smooth it out a little(Or maybe you want to keep the identifiable pencil marks for style? either way) I also reccommend making the darks alot darker and the lights alot lighter, and make it appear as there is no even level of shading, at the moment it looks like a whole lot of gray, and it seems less three dimensional.

The profile of the face is porportionally correct, I will you on that because the hardest part of drawing (to many) is drawing it correctly. The wings are also drawn very well. My only reccommendations are in the above paragraph about the shading. Other then that, Very good. I like it.
