These sketches were made with the Paper Mate InkJoy pen. I found one at school abandoned. It wrote really well. But it took me awhile to realize that it Drew like a Dream.My best buddy Donja made a lot of pen art in the past and still does. So I played around with it and got these. Speaking of Donja, that girl in the corner is Donja in Jacob Style. Though I couldn't fully see her face and it had been awhile since I drew her. Not 100% accurate.
This was drawn over the course of the 26th and 27th despite the name.
I had some other doodles too, but they didn't turn out as cool as the Ed boys and Donja because my pen was finally dying after about two months of use.

He's the most difficult for me to draw, so that is a good sign.

Double D was difficult, but I was determined to master my fav Ed boy. Even after I did, the answering questions thing helped A TON.
I've eventually gotten better at Eddy too.
mentioned I was good at making Ed cute. perhaps I should make more excuses to draw him as she said.

XD Oh no no no! Don't study the way I draw the Eds. I'm not at all perfect yet. Study from the show, it is the very very VERY best way. Study the frames you like and the very wacky abnormal ones.
There was so much I felt like they forgot about just to focus on the Dramaticness that was starting to ebb outta Double D and Eddy.

I rarely reference the cartoon anymore but maybe I should for Double D, he never looks right. I like the way you draw him, though, he looks accurate.
I agree, Ed really needed more character development. There also seemed to be less Ed-centered episodes than there were of Double D and Eddy. As much as I love the other two, I felt Ed was underused due to his lack of intelligence. Though he mainly served the purpose of comic relief, I think he has the potential to be a really bad-ass character, as illustrated by the movie-- at least he helps to save Eddy at the end. The Halloween Special was probably the best Ed-centered episode because we got the chance to get inside his mind and see how he views the world. I predict Ed is really awesome in PortalEd as hinted by the art I've seen so far. I feel really bad for Ed, his parents don't seem to pay him much mind and spoil Sarah rotten despite how good he takes care of her-- a lot of the blame in his household seems to fall on him, it's really unfair. In Edd, Interrupted Ed's parents are really laid back, but because of it they fail to acknowledge his emotional issues. I knew a friend like Ed whose parents were not neglectful on purpose but they were too blinded in their judgment of their child. Anyways, I really feel Ed was overshadowed by his friends, and because of it, he is the least popular and recognized of the trio, at least I assume he is.

Yeah. Each Ed boy gets their moment to shine in PortalEd. Though Ed is the first to get his chance. Eddy and Double D are a source of conflict both internally in themselves and externally. Double D starts getting a chance to be hero later but then it is cut due to a huge event and shifts to Eddy. Ed is still a huge hero role at the same time Eddy starts his heroish event.
After that, Double D finally has his big hero moment with Eddy being second, while Ed finally has his internal conflict moment.

I like how you treat each of them equally, most fanfics/fanart centers on Double D and ignores the other two unless it's a yaoi pairing. I only told the story from Double D's POV in Edd, Interrupted because he seems the most likely candidate to write a memoir when he's older, also he's very unbiased in his views towards everyone. But even though he is the protagonist (sort of, he's more of an observer but still a player in the story), Ed starts out as the most important secondary character (the deuteragonist), but when he runs away, Eddy who starts off as the tritagonist becomes the deuteragonist as his abuse plot takes over, then when Ed comes back, he shifts to the tritagonist. But like you, I tried to give each Ed an internal and external conflict and treated them equally without spotlighting anybody. To be honest, I don't have a favorite Ed. Everyone loves Double D the best but I think they are all unique in their own special way.
