Breaker of the Code is Kai's life before Fairy Foxes. During this time Kai's very first love was Starria.
After her death in the end, and when Fairy Foxes begun, he met Kiki who he has a crush on but is afraid to hurt her I think.
Still if Starria was still alive he would probably choose her over Kiki. But the fact is Starria isn't there and Kiki is now. owo~
