Sehr lecker und wunderbar! I love it. I love the sculpted look you achieved. You look so real.
The shadow work is yummy enough to eat! And your eyes came out magnificent!
The colors chosen and the paper make you look like a timeless beauty from the antique times. Forever young.
If you didn't spill the beans about the distortion, I wouldn't have noticed it! How lame am I?

i love this... i love it. i've looked at your gallery and can definately see a great evolution to your work. the transition from detailed to loose is so subtle and the lighting is almost eerie. did you paint this from a photo of yourself? the distortion works in your advantage... i love it when that happens.

hehe. thanks, m'love! actually, i drew and painted this from life and made the contour line of the right side of the face a little too long...and bam! yeah, the distortion is one of my favorite parts, too. actually, my mom asked me if i had an eating disorder when she saw this. jeez.
