what do you mean, creating a tag or watermarking the pic? How did you do it (black frame, scribble)? You could simply draw something on paper, then scan or photograph and convert/resize the pic with free photo manip tool Gimp [link] or vector program Inkscape [link] (or perhaps famous and expensive Photoshop, ehmm ...) or whatever graphic tool you like, and put it in the right place then if you need to watermark a bunch of pics at the same position you should use free picture-shark [link] I hope this helps ...
