Its Hubert the Blue!The original drawing (-colours) is for a breed sheet I'm considering for a type of "unicorn" I've had floating around for a while. I've been trying to finalize their design for a year or so... and I finally got something I liked.
I just got kinda bored and decided to make something fun XD
