This is actually a lead into this picture
I drew this a long while after, and had planed to post this and then have the other fallow so that it would happen in proper sequence, but (Done out of love) got finished first, and i couldn't help myself from uploading it XD
This Is Gagan, getting carried on home after being saved from the dragons he went and picked a fight with. Mother empress Madalia looks none too happy, though obviously relived he wasn't mauled or eaten. Lucky boy....well. lucky and unlucky... he still has a cross mother to contend with.... and no one is coming to save him from her XD
I love his face and slight flailing, you can tell he wasn't expecting to be hefted up under her arm and flown back home, he is not a big fan of heights either, so this is both uncomfortable, embarrassing, and making his stomach do flips.
They both are in obviously different and far less grand outfits then they will be donning on later, which goes to show you just how long Madalia kept him waiting in his quarters before tending to him. I should draw a pic of him anxiously sitting in his room X3
I would have done a back ground...but...i'm a lazy cat TT.TT.....just imagin there are tree tops whipping below their feet as she speeds him on back to the palace XD
