you know, jellyfish are probably some of my favourite creatures on this planet. luminescent, dangerous, and undeniable in their oddity. i really think you've captured them excellently -while adding this amazing quality that's present in your entire gallery- and this series half-killed me with joy. also, purple's my favourite colour, so this one made me particularly happy. i love your work's dark and delicate feel, especially in this piece. keep on keeping on!

do you draw animals/insects in person, or from images?

I've been doing entomology illustration from a lab where I have access to specimens. I've also had some access to other taxidermy stuff at museums.
