It's been a while, but over the while I was gone, been dealing with a lot of stuff around where I'm at, and quite frankly I felt like in still do in some ways feel like straight up butt. I had to squeeze some motivation out of me to actually do this joint.

This is a fan art of Resident Evil's Ada Wong, and what made me draw this was when I thought, if Ada was a agent that made little noise and kept her presence truly in the background, wouldn't she be using a weapon that was whisper quiet? And I mean literally whisper quiet.

Call of duty got people believing you can put a suppressor on a gun and it's already whisper quiet. WRONG! Even if you put a suppressor on a gun, if you're firing standard ammo, you still got to deal with that supersonic crack of the standard ammo's muzzle velocity, and it'll be herd from opposition because of that supersonic crack. The only thing a suppressor is good for on a supersonic gun is if you're clearing buildings so you won't go deaf from heavy unsuppressed loud ass fire, such as some of the soldiers in Afghanistan.

Now what a suppressor is truly good for is firing with subsonic ammunition. And if any military knows that better than anyone, it's Russia. Russia made the 9x39 subsonic round for many special forces units within their military for recon and assassinations. The fact that it doesn't have that sound barrier crack of the supersonic round makes it a silent round, and coupled with a suppressor makes it lethal quiet. Altho all of this greatly reduces the muzzle velocity, and the weapons range, it has much more stopping power than a silenced MP5 and better armor penetration with the SP-6 round than most assault rifles.

Since I figure Ada's style is to tread lighter than air, the weapon she's using is the AK-9, a variation of the most well known and used rifle on the planet, designed to fire the 9x39 subsonic round for the elite Russian forces. As she shoots, I have no muzzle flashes just smoke, cause that and the silence of the subsonic round makes it that much harder to detect the shooter. And on strapped to her right leg is the PSS silent pistol which only holds 6 rounds, but is even more quiet that the AK-9 and has adequate stopping power. As for a fan's look into her future, gave her black hair with a red shine, tactical gear, a black desert scarf with red butterflies on it, tan skin since she's in the desert, and a toned body. I went a bit dark with the shades, but that was an experimental act on my part.

I had to think a lot to draw up inspiration for this piece here, and it's my first fan art in a really long time, especially in color. Hope y'all like it. Peace. BIGZ.
