I notice on these posters the RED's seem more battle-hardened and evil while the BLU's are nicer and, while still authoritative, friendly. I like it.

I really like his expression.
His smile appears warm but his gaze is very intense.
Overall it looks like he has some malice towards me which certainly contradicts his job.

I would totally trust my life with this medic! I feel he sees his teammates as friends as well as war partners.

BLU Medic is looking more sane then the RED one. All of the BLUs are and that is very awesome. It emphasizes their different personality.
