Psi-titans are SINSTRUM category weapons equipped with forbidden dark age of technology-era technology known as the Ciricrux Anima (an array that can project psychic phenomena on a truly gargantuan scale) can project waves of abject fear, psychokinesis, biomantic leeching of life, and even temporal distortion. It is said that a single Psi-titan of Ordo Sinister could bring a world to heel simply by walking upon its surface, for its very presence instills terror.

Preceptor-Intendant (ordo’s equivalent of a Legio Princeps) each of these officers are a Blank (Pariah) who is immune to the warp.
