Description Kloaks are ghosts encountered in the game Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest. They are headless beings wearing a green waistcoat with buttons. Due to their similar attire, they may be an undead version of a Krook. Kloaks are enemies that hover above the ground, throwing Spinies, barrels, crates, and sometimes bananas or chests at the Kongs. They can only be defeated by an Animal Buddy or with a thrown object. The credits list Kloaks as Kremling Kuthroats. Kloaks didn't return in Donkey Kong Land 2.

In the game it sounds like he saying "Cha cha cha" (then throws something), but I guess its "Ha ha ha".
