Idk what is it
Just wanted to make sort of a collage thing expressing my love to this film.Characters, actors, concept design, MUSIC. Daaaamn, man. Didn't have so much fun after seeing a movie for a looong time. Weeks later still was listening to the soundtracks.
So, here we go~

I didn't really love this film... (I feel there was something big missing in the story), but the characters are simply awesome, not to mention the amazing music!

i started to read the comics, but realised that i like the film more, because the director's view on it was fantastic and kinda a breath of fresh air in superhero movies

Idk there are two views on these characters - 2008 volume and 2013 volume. I started reading 2008 one, and it was so confused, like they already were guardians, no character exposition at first etc. So I started to read the 2013 one and it had sort of little Peter Quill story at first, so I was happy. I thought that this issue was the one to inspire movie script, but then it kinda spoiled me the sequel with Star Lord's dad. And Peter didn't seem such a fun character like in a film, so...I decided to wait for the movie. May be I am wrong, may be there is all of these cool stuff, but I decided not to continue readingΒ Β

By the way, I finally realized what was missing for it to be spectacular: more role to Gamora! She's supposed to be a weapon and we don't see her do that much... she's whole plot it's too reduced for what she's claimed to be.

Emm so 2013 comics started with a woman living alone in some sort of farm, or far away house. Then a space ship had a crash near it and she helped this human like guy who looked just like human. They fell in love. ThenΒ they fixed the ship together, heΒ spent with herΒ some time, even more than he should have been and went back to war (because he's sort of a king of spartans, very strong nation living in space. yeah, so this is why peter is quite stronger than just humans and he survived this macguffin thing in the end of the movie) Also this guy left her his space gun.
Some years later, when peter is already a kid, these freaks aliens that made peter's father's ship crash arrived again on earth. killed peter's mother. then the kid found the gun, blown up the house with aliens and...so it went kind of dark and from that i thought that i'd be waiting for the film.
