Yes I used long exposure here, as long as I could without burning out the sky completely

I love the textures and colors of the photo. The clouds look beautiful. The sky is perfect, but I think the ground could have used more lighting, the textures and of the ground and scenery could be more easily seen. They look a bit murky in the low lighting. I think this photo would look good when taken in a later part of the day, the reflections and shadows in the water would be clearer
