I've liked this type of 3D picture since I was a kid but the fact that you created one with hand-drawn art and not photography is absolutely incredible *-* And it's done so well with so many layers! I am very impressed.
If you don't mind me asking, did you use a specific program or reference to draw it? Or did you just wing it? ;w;

It's my usual photoshop + wacom style of painting, straight from imagination, but using lots of separate layers to achieve the 3D effect.
No easy task... but fun in the end.
