So... Clamavi de Profundis uploads the song above. It's great. There's a screenshot of Gil-galad and I'm puzzled - he was in the movie?? Sure enough. I mean, it's barely a role and goes by so fast that I always thought he was Elrond. Anyway. Plenty of photos of Gil-galad, so I took a stab at drawing him. Outfit very much inspired by the movie.

They have deleted almost all the moments with Gil-Galad in the Movie... bad idea, he was an important Character, the las High-King of the Elves.

He was an important character, but not in The Lord of the Rings. It would have been a very pointless role if it was any bigger - there's really no point to give a bigger part to a character who isn't seen or talked about at any other point of the movie. I can definitely understand why they cut him out almost completely. Still, it's cool that he's there, even if only for a few seconds.
