That's from a little sketch done with inkpen. Then, I painted over this in photoshop. I use a Wacom Cintiq.

Oh wow, I thought for sure that that was some sort of paint! It looks so organic! Do you notice much of a difference using the cintiq versus a regular wacom tablet?
