Mara stepped back as she completed the incantation. The scrap of rubber sat motionless before her. The young sorceress sighed.

Well, lonelyzentai above already went along a similar trajectory I was thinking. The difference that they had from what I had in mind would be more on the tease side to better match the mood your poetry gave off. Sort of an "rubber encasement fan dance" if that makes any sense.

I like the setting and the brief, poetic piece you have there. The idea of someone begging for the peace found in restraint, in surrendering control, is appealing on many levels. The hands are perfectly placed, getting one last cuppa in before the next step: either fists balled up in the latex or an armbinder that locks the hands in place.
