hello! ive been wondering for a while but how do you make an icon like this but shrink it and make it smaller?

so it's not over 15kb

thanks a ton! and i tried it but it still goes over 15kb T^T how many frames do you think would be good so it doesnt go over?
and what size canvas do you use usually to make animated icons?

There's shouldn't be more than 24 - 30 frames.
I animate my icons at 500x500 or 1000x1000.
I export to png or jpeg sequence, turn it into a gif
than resize them into an icon. Sometimes I'd have to
cut out several frames out of the entire animation so it
doesn't go over 15k. Lowering the amount of colors
through the optimizer and cutting frames out will
decrease the file size.
