I've played over 60 hours of Hoshido and Revelation. Haven't gotten Nohr, though...

Conquest is hard...My fiance was able to beat it, but he said it's much more difficult, especially near the end. It's more about strategy. You don't get all of the challenges and chances to pick up good weapons and money throughout the game like you do in Birthright.
