This is the "official website" but you maybe be able to find it somewhere else. [link] it's pretty easy to use. u just open it up from inside photoshop and go to the "noise filter settings" tab and then on the right side there's a drop-down box, just select which ever one u want "full noise reduction" is the best. you can do it multiple times as well. there's some other things you can play around with also.
