well, this one's a lil old but's still me favourit, yah, maybe the neck's a lil tooooo bent 'n maybe the coloring ain't so perfect and the abcense of background kills it a lil but it's still my fave ^_^;It's one of the 2 main characters from me story, her name's Matsuriel Yoake no Mihari, an Earthai with a really bad temper... it's simple 2B graffitte pencil made and not inspired in anything in particular, just an idea that popped.

Wow...that's pretty much all I can say. I thought I was good with a pencil, you're awesome. To be honest, when I first saw it, I thought is was done on the computer.
I think the absence of a background is find, it causes you to focus on the details the angel.

I really love how her wings complete the 'circle' made from the dark area that she's emerging from. Her whole pose is just amazingly dynamic, too. Beautiful.

i don't think it needs a background at all! it might take away from all the detail of the angel and the... whatever-it-is-goo (blood?) i think the anatomy of it all is really good, too. HORAAY for graphite!!
