kindly asked me to draw his character, Tsubasa. Sorry, I know it doesn't look a thing like her. I have a terrible habit of always drawing bangs like this and I love this type of clothing... all happy and cutesy with a pinch of goth.Sure hope you don't mind that it's not colored, I got a bunch of stuff to do. ^^ ; Hope you like it!
This took me about 4 hours to make (off and on), pencils only with computer editing, no refrences (except posing in the mirror for an eternity X_X ).

This looks great, i love it when girls wear those types of clothing too, but none of 'em over hear wear those. They do wear something i don't get, it's just a piece of cloth but looks like a backpack. I don't get those fluffy boots neither, it's in the middle of summer and they decide it's go time for ski boots. Girls are nuts. That's why they're great. Why am i telling you this? Nevermind me, i didn't get any sleep and... and i'm still talking. Bye.

I can see you posed for this, it has the kinda accuracy most people miss when they try to make it up. 
But I gotta say... I think her boobs look like they stick out too much. As in... I dunno. Maybe they should sag a bit... hm.... her back doesn't seem to curve enough for them to be quite so pointy. Ya get my drift?
I keep thinking "there's something about the head", but I think it's actually nicely sized. I'm just used to big anime balloon heads...
And! The detail on it is GREAT. I love all the little lines and folds, none of them look pointless - they all help shape the picture really nicely, to give a great and confident feel for the pose. I LIKE IT! 
And I like that kinda outfitting too. You should colour it in fluoro colours!!

I'll let you in on a secret of mine... a rather bad secret. I used my "lazy" technique for this. What I do when I'm in a rush for making a picture is first I make the MOST basic guidelines for a picture (like.... the body shapes and THAT'S it) and then I immediately draw over it all the details and stuff without any guidelines for the eyes or nose or hair or folds in the clothing. I wing it all, pretty much. Now I'm starting to see that my "lazy" technique also produces lazy results.

But the details are more good than bad here, sushi! I really think with time, you could use this "lazy" technique without a problem! It's the kinda thing more confident artists can do, just pick a pen up and make half the details up!
