#12 - Orange. I really really hate the color orange, so I wanted to see if I could make something pretty using orange as the only color. So what's pretty? Nature!!!
So here Hitsugaya sits in modern clothes yet again for some unknown reason, contemplating life, or trying to remember if he left the office coffee pot on...Just a few things...
~I assure you that this does look orange on my computer, so if it looks red or lime green or whatever on other computers, I don't know what to tell you. It's orange
~I discovered that I can't draw Koi. But I still think they are cute in a retarded kinda way
~Yes, I know the Koi are random, but they are orange damnit, and I like them!
~That is supposed to be a Sakura tree back there, and yes, I know Sakura is pink, it's artistic license!!!
~I corrected nothing in this pic to keep it "Natural"
Just jazzed it up in PSDrawn in pencil, lined with Sakura micron pens, 3 different tones of orange marker used
Referenced the pose from some guy modeling a sweater, no ref for Hitsu!!!

WHAT IS IT WITH THESE MOODS?! I just found one that says, "I have to pee"!!!! WHAT?! AHAHAHAHAHA! I like this one. And it sort of works, this picture reminds me a bit of The Last Samurai with the tree thing, and Mulan when her father says, "Look! Here is one that has not yet bloomed. But when it does, I bet it will be the most beautiful of them all." And that was a noble thing to say. Also, who's more noble than a samurai or Mulan's dad? Plus, Hitsugaya himself kicks some serious ass, from what I hear.
Anyway... Right. NO REFERENCE?! Hot damn! That's amazing. How is that even possible? Seriously! Okay... no... I'm getting past that.... He looks very contemplative. And I like the Koi! I think they're adorable! Here, fishy fishy fishy! I like the cattails, too. And the expression on Hitsugaya's face--it's like he WANTS to irritated, but can't find anything to be irritated by because it's just too PRETTY!

Yeah, um, Tom Cruise... got to say, I'm NOT a fan. And how the heck is it that Mr Whitey McWhite-White has the starring role in a movie called The Last Samurai? WHAT?! But no, it's actually pretty good--he's actually this hapless American fellow who learns the ways of the samurai. So the whole POINT is that he's American. He's not very interesting, not my favorite, but the movie itself is good. Solid premise.
Yay for sweater models! Haha.
I guess you have been drawing Hitsugaya a lot, huh... Still, working without a reference... It strikes fear into my heart. Sweat is actually beading on my forehead (although that COULD just be the heat

Working without a reference frightens me because... Hmmm... It's something I can't do well? I guess this goes back to that fear of making typos in my trailing-off-the-edge sentences. What if people find out I'm not PERFECT?! *gasp* My whole image would be shot! Haha, yeah... I'm pathetic...
I tried drawing without a reference today, actually. And then I promptly found a reference and started over. Haha. Yeah....

Well, I know you used a sweater model, but you drew Hitsugaya! And unless Hitsugaya was the sweater model, I'm going to go on ogling this with all my previous awe. Because... holy carp... Dammit! I make that typo so often I might as well just take the saying and make it my own. Holy carp it is! *must... maintain... illusion... of... perfection...* So holy carp, that's impressive.
