well, those are swedish letters~ XD so they exist on my keyboard to begin with o.o
but if you try pressing Β¨ (which on my laptop is the button that has ^and ~) and then press o, you should be able to get a letter that looks like ΓΆ o.o
so... Β¨+o= ΓΆ
