I like to see the swirly hair, it gives uniqueness, and the red is great as well. The corset and the jewel is fine but...somehow its a bit usual. Maybe you can research for more types of dress. Victorian style IS one of the good designs, but if many peoples overdone it, its too usual. Apart from that, the hair and the dress matches perfectly.
