Description I was in a bit of a mood this week, so I decided I wanted to pixel something. IDK if people are aware, but I haven't really been pixeling all that much recently; I've been doing a lot of drawing on templates, and a lot of design for school, but not so much wih the pixels. Anyway, I sketched up about 20 poses for a possible 'base' and then got sick of it and decided to just keep them as poses and pixel over them.

This is the first doll I did that way. There's not actually a base, I just pixelled over the sketch, then took away the sketch, but I guess it still counts...there's no background and minimal palette cohesion, so dolling seems more appropriate. xP

I'm not crazy for the hair on the portrait. I redid it about 8 times, though, and then was like, fuck it. This'll serve.

I love the palettes (you always succeed at them, though) and the little accessories.

Yeah man, I started on the second -- have lines done, a full row of animal cages, her clothing, etc -- but eh, I don't feel like working on it. I keep opening and going mehhh. So this might be the end of that for me. XD

Who knows though. You may get the inspiration to finish it.

The hair on the portrait is actually my favorite part. Amazing shading as usual. Great to see a doll outta you. I still hang around in hopes of seeing awesome dolls from the old schoolers.

That's not a very helpful or useful comment. O.o

I usually like hair best, and it's often my strongest point. But sometimes it just doesn't work the way you want it to.
