What I really like is how delicate the lines and the coloring are-- the intensity of his stare just stands out.
I really like how you colored his scar for some reason-- gawd knows I have trouble making it look even semi-decent when I do it. XD

Such pretty, pretty colours. Saïx looks like some kind of a moon spirit here. The hair fans out prettily and I really like the fade/teleport effect with the black and white stripes and bubbles. And his yellow eye lends a nice contrast to the otherwise bluish hues of the picture. Must also point out that you've done nice work on the lips!
