Here's the Christmas treat I was talking about! I did a digital painting! And my own BG, too! I can die happy now

This was initially a pic of Dutchess and Hyde, called "Under The Mistletoe"... Hyde came out horrible, so I trashed his side of the pic and kept her, which I decided to use in a winter-themed wallpaper!

I figured since Snowpoint/ Mt. Coronet is so north and high, we might as well be able to see the northern lights now and again

This piece reminds me of the book Forever by Maggie Steifvater x3 In part of it the two main characters drive to the middle of no where and watch the northern lights :3

This is beautiful, I loved how you made the background and the winter shading on Dutchess. It really makes her look magnificent and shine up on Coronet like the aurora and stars in the sky.

I used a edited brush to paint her instead of my usual coloring method (it took me two days instead of my usual 4 hours, but it was worth it)
