It’s been a while since I’ve been able to sit down and just paint something for myself. Tonight I had finally had a little bit of time and I decided to mess with the Leothin and do a quick head study. I’m just starting to get into the nitty gritty of their design, so anyone who is following the progress of these guys can expect some changes here and there as I stretch their patterns.Related content

I love the color on this, as well as the design, but just such a beautiful job on the color. I like how it incorporates so many hues even though it's technically still white, and the way it makes it shine is great too.

This is really good, however i see a dangerous flaw in the head design, the eye is almost attached to the upper lip. Reading in one of your earlier posts, leothins are carnivorous, that means unless they have some sort of mechanism protecting the eye, struggling prey could blind them. It may be smart to at some sort of armour or move the eye up a bit.

You have a really gracious anatomy conception which this is really amazing. Further more you have a sweet and fluid graphic style, what is perfect for this kind of creature ! I love it !
