Description
This is the new and improved PokeDex for the Valka Region: The Rotom Earth Bracelet.

This is basically going to replace the Roto-Dex Watch that I made last
time (I deleted it). I had this crazy idea to make something that related
to the Nordic setting while also being somewhat unique. It is a Rotom Pokedex
basically, but it has been blended with a traditional viking bracelet adorned with runestones.
Basically a mix of old and new. I'll go into more detail about this new Rotom Dex
in a journal entry, but what I will say for now is that in addition to recording
information on caught Pokemon, this Rotom Dex also has magical powers
thanks to the special rune stones that are attached to it.
