Chibi for =RheaTorieSoto cause shes done nothing but be a super helpful darling and completed my list of 'favourite pokemon' in my platinum game <3 I figure one good turn deserves another.
I made this a while ago but forgot to post it after DA initially glitched out and wouldn't let me. Its her dragon character as a hatchling :3
