woohoo!! finally got this done; my new species, Coral Dragons! They're a closed species! (but no worries, I'll be opening heatling-warmth as a semi-open species soon!) These lil' guys are pretty small, ranging from 1 foot to 4 feet. They're reptiles, and even some have fur, though it isn't necessary in their aquatic environment. They do have small gills for breathing underwater, which are hidden and hard to see. They use their "whiskers" to feel around the coral, looking for food; their diet consists of small fish and small crabs hiding in the coral reef. Coral Dragons have small 3 toed feet. Their tail usually has a fin at the end, but sometimes their tail will have a mutation such as a barbed tail, or a long slick tail. CD (Coral Dragons) are very fertile and are able to breed with other species. They are not genderless, and have 2 genders; male and female. They have a long, slick body and a long neck as well. CD also have large eyes with a very big pupil, which helps them see more clearly underwater. Ears vary, though they commonly look small (as shown above). CD hearing is not very good, and they use feeling and eyesight more. CD are usually the color of the reef they live on! (Coral Dragons usually choose to nest in one coral reef their whole life, rarely moving.) Coral Dragons do stick in small groups of 3, but will separate if the group gets to big.
