The original highschool knife throwing ninja. Check yo'self. Ibuki from SF3: based off the third strike designs. Sure, she's bottom tier and a lauger in competition but she's been throwing down with the likes of ryu and ken for a whiles now. she's hella fun to play. especially if you like losing. that's almost like a bonus. if you like losing and playing ibuki. where was i going with this?

for some odd reason, capcom thought it would be cool to give her the most win screens in the game (clearly, a developers joke. it may even be like a pokemon concept of 'catching them all'.... can you win enough to see all the victory screens?) anyways, one is like, she does a ninja vanish and then these raccoons come out of left field single file. it's weird. like, i thought it was a glitch at first. i have no idea why it even is/exists.

that's enough out of me. h pencil, photo shop colors.

everythings subject to change when i get my crits back. i already see one very obvious lighting error.
