I know I've been only drawing harry lately, but I'm experimenting styles and I like doing this on him ´:Ithis style pleases me. I really love cool and angular styles, but it doesn't work with me for too much time. I enjoy drawing things in a more... sweet way... if this doesn't sound lame.
ah, and I have to tell something to the guys who don't follow me on tumblr!
I've been having problems with this thing of pursuing an artist career because brazil isn't enough developed to have good art schools that could work with cartoon and other styles that aren't realism and also because of some personal problems. even though, no one ever told me that it wouldn't be possible to pursue an artist career because they were afraid they could hurt me, so they always avoided this subject. I didn't like this, so I asked my mom to be honest to me and she told me that working with my drawings really couldn't happen.
I got very disappointed at that moment, but it was good to me. my friends also told me that working with art as an obligation isn't always very nice because you should have fun with your art, not do it because you HAVE to. it's better to have drawing as a hobby. and it's true! I actually don't enjoy drawing old people too much or practicing things. I just want to have fun drawing and don't want it to be hard-working.
I'm feeling way better now. and I'm no more worried about my future (I mean, as much as I was before). I would like to work with something like biologic sciences. I love learning about nature, evolution and some other things! but no hurry <:

I think the career thingy is very wise. I was considering doing something art-based at university, but when you do that, your whole grade depends on whether or not whoever's marking and grading your work actually likes your art and style. It's completely subjective. On top of that, with art you don't actually need any qualifications to become an artist - it probably helps to build social circles that involve other artists who could potentially help you get more recognition but it's not necessary at all. And most importantly, if you take the fun out of it, there's no point in doing it at all. Art is meant to be pure expression, if it's a chore it'll just come out forced and that defies the point of it.
okay i am rambling now but what i wanted to say was i support you and think you will do well in whatever you do because not only are you smart but you are also charming and lovely and kawaii uwu

Best of luck with your future, however you choose to lead it, and good for you. Leaving it as a hobby is perfectly fine, and there's no reason to feel obligated to make anything else out of your talent. People can still enjoy your work even if you aren't creating it for a living.
