um... try look at the Layer menu... there is Mask option there...
but I dunno it's the mask that u looking4 or not ^^'

u used Photoshop
just scanned n coloured it,
then use filter -> Render -> Clouds,
and then change the blending option with Difference or Exclusion

I just learn Photoshop by myself since I'm 14 ^^'
but until know, still... I haven't known n used right the features of Photoshop
because there's a bunch of features there that can make our art perfect, and also there's CS4 now --' so there r more features...
I just have CS3 for now --'
